Look Adviser AI — Privacy Policy

Look Adviser AI ("we", "us") operates the Look Adviser AI mobile application (the "App"), an AI wardrobe stylist. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your name and email address (or the identifier provided by Apple/Google when you use social sign-in).
• Photos of your clothing that you upload, and the metadata our AI derives from them (category, colours, style, etc.).
• Usage data: generated outfits and basic activity needed to run features and enforce plan limits.
• Diagnostics: crash and error reports to keep the App stable.

2. How we use it

• To analyze your clothing and generate outfit recommendations.
• To create and secure your account and authenticate you.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.

3. Third-party services

To provide the App we share the minimum necessary data with:

• OpenAI — clothing image analysis and outfit generation.
• Cloudinary — secure image storage.
• Apple / Google — optional social sign-in.

Product analytics and error diagnostics are processed on our own servers (not shared with third parties). We derive coarse location (country/city) from your IP address to understand usage; the IP address itself is not stored.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (photos, outfits, account record) at any time from Profile → Delete account in the App. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, use the in-app deletion or contact us.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

8. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
