These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Look Adviser AI mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the App's features (analysis, outfit generation). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload them.
Outfit recommendations and item analysis are generated by AI and provided "as is" for inspiration. They may be inaccurate or incomplete; use your own judgement.
You agree not to misuse the App, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.
If paid plans are offered, they are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Plan limits and features are described in the App.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
